Wow! That is one nice piece of art that is disguised as a dam, hats off the the architects and engineers that designed and the tradesmen who built such elaborate structure.

Crazy right?! If I remember correctly, it is in recognition of either the city or the residents of the surrounding area. I will try to get back out there soon and get a still (which I'll add the thread) that explains not only the recognition, but the enviromental aspects of the build as well.
