Issue connecting pro to remote

Hello,

I have a strange thing happening to one of my phantom pros. I do the link the remote on the app and it says successful. I get the telemetry info including battery percentage however the remote does not work. I can not move the camera or start the motors.

I look at the synce button the drone and it is still flashing red. Not green. Any suggestions??

Try again.... still flashing red in the drone means it hasn’t linked properly. Make sure your firmware versions (AC and controller) are compatable.
