Incident Data for sUAS

I am developing use / business cases for my company regarding incidents/issues related specifically to small UAS. I've hit quite a few links via google, but this industry may be too new to have the data.

Can you please share info or links here related to:

• Incident reporting for small UAS
• Incidents per flight hour for specific types

Again, not expecting much due to how new the market is. The FAA is intermingling Global Hawk incidents with Phantom 3's so it's a bit rough to parse the info as of now.
