I have and it works great.
You fill out an online form to report what's wrong. You print a ups label and drop off the drone to ups for free shipping. DJI emails you when it's received then emails again after diagnostics and quote for repairs. If you authorize repair then the quoted amount is deducted from the balance remaining on your DJI care agreement. Then it's shipped, free again, back to you. I've found repairs to be quite cheap. I sent one that was smashed in every way, fell 400 feet onto concrete... $302 to repair.
In my experiences (about 5 "repairs" to various P4s) DJI sent me a new drone instead of repairing my own) ... and every one of them has a tilted horizon, new in box or "repaired and tested" from the DJI repair center
