Have new v3 remote with old v2 vision+

Hey all....Having a hell of a time to get new v3 remote to control vision+2. Now cant even see camera on app. WTF am I doing wrong?

Have updated software. Have it to the point where the remote will control quad but I cannot control the gimbal with either app or thrumb wheel.

You have to calibrate the gimbal control too.

Have tried to calibrate controller many times. When I move the thumb wheel it does nothing in RC assistant.

If you have connected the USB to the transmitter and all other sticks move except the X1/Ch7 slider then possibly a loose connection in the transmitter. If you don't want to void you warranty, send it back.
