Gimbal protector

My gimbal protector broke, and I’ve traveling so I need one ASAP. Does anyone have a spare one they want to sell.

There has been many posts in the past that when they got there brand new P3 the gimbal protector was in the bottom of the box, or they couldn't locate it.

What makes you think Micah is a male name?

If you’re looking to replace a factory gimbal clamp, probably a waste of time. I have probably snapped 4 or 5 of them and all in the same place. The tend to break right at the spot they connect to the landing leg.
Best solution? PolarPro clamp.

My first two snapped in same area. The only thing I think I did different with the current one is I install the foam piece first then push legs in close before trying to snap in place. So far almost a year with same clamp.

Exactly what happened to mine? Really I looked at it, and it seems like it wouldn’t protect it very well.

Here’s the one I was referring to. Looks like it may not be available any more. I’ll check with them and see if that’s the case. It will allow you to leave a filter on the camera, so it does stick out a bit farther than the stock clamp.

If you click on the op icon it will take you to information page with info they decided to make public.
You’ll see birthday listed as January 1, 2000.
Gender is not listed but Micah is a unisex name.
Starz and skymonkey both have gender listed as male.
