My friend has a phantom 4 pro which crashed and it seemed like only the yaw arm was broken and the flex torn. I bought both new parts on ebay and replaced them and now i can't move the camera anymore. It's just dangling there. The video stream works fine though. When i turn it on, the camera moves up and down once, then just dangles loose. Anybody an idea how could be wrong??

I would think it's in the DJI Go4 app in the settings somewhere. I have a P3P which uses a different app so not sure exactly where it is. You can do a search on the forum which should get you more info.

I tried to calibrate it but it failed. And i get 2 errors right away that it can't pan or tilt the camera due to some hardware issue. Could the motors be failing?
If the gimbal has been hit hard enough to break something, I'd say it's kaput. They are extremely fragile.
