Extreme wobble

I was flying my Phantom 3 Pro on a windy day (15 mph and less). I had flown for 30+ minutes without any problems until I got this extreme wobble which happened four times within a few seconds. I was mostly going forward and was not changing my altitude at all. I've never seen anything like this before. Nothing on the drone seems loose and I haven't attempted another flight without doing some research first.

Earlier that day (and one other day last year - also windy) I got a weird back and forth shake like a horizontal vibration with my camera but neither was anywhere near the all out drone wobble of this:

Looks to me like just the camera is wobbling and not the whole drone. In the 2nd wobble,at 8-9 seconds you can see the props

Yeah, I was wondering if it might be a gimbal thing. Recalibrate the gimbal maybe?
