7 Days ago, my P4V2 kissed the side of a building I was shooting, cracking off a four stems of the landing gear.
After that, I went into shock for few hours wondering if all the time invested, much less the $$$, was in vain.
I went to the DJI Repair page, filled out their form, they found I had DJI Select Care, billed me $99 for a replacement, and promptly sent me a return UPS Ground shipping return form.
Since Labor Day happened on Monday, I could not take it to UPS until Tuesday.
Early Friday morning, I received word that they had received my damaged bird.
By 5 PM on Friday, I had a tracking number for it's replacement to be delivered by this Tuesday.
WOW! I am thoroughly impressed with the DJI Select Care program.
So much that I ordered a Mavic 2 Pro which will arrive on Monday....what was I thinking?
Anyway, I am now committed to this Drone thing and very pleased with DJI!
