Question.
If a chart supplement states the following "AIRSPACE CLASS D svc 1200-0300Z Other times CLASS G". Does that mean you do not need approval via LAANC during other times? Also attached a screen shot. Thanks!

Yes. Remember that is zulu (UTC) time. So, basically during daytime it's class D. The timing probably coincides with a control tower's operating time.
