Your bird flies like a dream, controller works brilliantly, camera captures great video and images then DJI issue a firmware update. They are vague about what exactly it does and you are torn between doing the update for increased safety and security versus "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
I can accurately link a recent firmware update to the appearance of a problem. A one so bad that others had their Phantoms taken in for repair, I was lucky and got replacement equipment.
It took me hours to find a copy of old P34k firmware after the latest caused me problems. None of the rollback methods would work.
Anyone know how I can backup the existing firmware for remote and aircraft? Is it as simple as copying everything via telnet? Is that even possible?
