Nope, those are hexagonal rhyolite columns in Hong Kong, different from Basalt columns in Fingal's Cave.

The joint columns in Hong Kong is bigger, up to 3 meters in diameter, you can take a look on one of my video in Ninepin Group, people standing on horizontally placed column, called "Cannon rock"
