dji controller update

So I just got the new Phantom 4, plugged in my iPad pro, started it all up and it directed me to an update for the controller. It's been at the 99% mark for close to half an hour and no change. How long is this process supposed to take?? My iPad is fairly new - I got it mid April (2016). It has...
