I'm guessing the problem is with CS6. The camera converts it fine when shooting jpg as per the example pictures you posted.

As xgeek said you only need two programs: RC assistant (RC) and Phantom assistant (PT2) - not really sure why RC is needed since it is for TX calibration and you can calibrate the TX in the PT2 software (some people say you have to calibrate the TX using both software programs - not sure why)...

Well the good news is I have stable flight, the bad news is it has to be in Phantom mode. Naza M mode will not advance calibrate - burned though 4 battery charges just connected to the computer trying to calibrate and wasted the entire day.
