Sorted! For some reason when I was using Assistant 3.6 for the first time it never prompted me to upgrade to 3.6.....! Works perfectly now. Thank you for taking time to help me.

When I connected the new transmitter to RC Assistant it was already defaulted to 'upgraded', confused.....!

Yep, it's all relative to your home point elevation.

When you say you can't see the ground end using the iPad, do you mean by using the Ground Station app or by looking for a new Bluetooth device? You won't see the Ground Station listed as a Bluetooth device on the iPad, it doesn't connect quite the same as say a hands free car device or earpiece.
