I noticed on your video that your stickers aren't lined up. Is it possible the shell was rotated when reassembled? Since the GPS is attached to the shell it should be "facing forward" so that the main board and GPS don't have conflicting directional inputs. Just a thought.

Problem Solved....The cable connecting the camera to the main board had a fault at the elbow. I replaced it with a replacement cable from a Phantom 2 Vision Cable Pack, Spare Part # 22. All works well now. :)

I may be able to shed some light on the issue. I've recently had the same telemetry problem as everyone else on this thread (no, gps sats, batt, distance, speed, etc...). I noticed that the telemetry would work intermittently when the camera was tilted up as far as the servo would take it...

Generally LiPos like about 3.8 volts per cell for storage. The Vision battery is 3 cell therefore 11.4v. Using the onboard telemetry as a volt meter I always run my battery down to about 43% (11.4v) on the last flight of the day. It's not exact but close enough. Lipos don't like two things...
