Marshmallow is definitely an issue I have 2 devices which are an issue, rolled back to Lollipop and one back and both run again.

Yesterday I did 120 odd. I am suspecting it will run any number until the battery runs down. Will revert when I try a long run today.

FYI I picked up a Xiaomi Mi4 running Kitkat. Turns out my tablet was not good enough to perform waypoints with but works out well normally.

the more overlap you have the better, some say 80%, personally I think 50 is fine. The height will depend on your detail you want to provide. Shooting straight down will also provide a oblique perspective, although if you need proper detail in mountainous terrain oblique shots are important.

Hi I started off doing an aerial survey and 3D model of a piece of land I own (using Agisoft), which led me to doing missons of around 30 waypoints. This worked well using Go, but when I tried it in Litchi, the app would simply hang without starting the mission. I could do a couple of waypoints...

Gary, I am also getting this error, have you had any luck since? What phone/tablet are you using? I am suspecting the specs of the tablet are not enough

These days a bird is a drone... I appreciate the fact that it is a major concern for them and there may be isolated incidences... but there is still a lot scare mongering going on... I met up with a commercial pilot friend of mine, he took one look at my drone and said... there goes my job...

In this regard DJI is really crap! I cant wait for the GoPro to come out just so there are other options out there... I am on my 3rd Phantom and would jump ship tomorrow

I bet you did not fly it first in an open area to test what is does and does not do/or how it does things, before setting off on a real mission... And your first reaction is to blame Litchi? You simply programmed it incorrectly. Sorry for your loss though, is horrible especially when it is...

As a previous fan of Litchi in P2 I was a bit dismayed at the horrible video lag and when it had low signal, it lost the distance and height, till it regained signal. Anyone else find this?

There is light enough tech out there to use on phantoms. There is a solution with the phantom 2
