I disagree. I find the constant cutting distracting. Quick cuts interspersed with longer takes sure, but the constant 2 second cuts gets annoying. That's just my take though.

Is it really necessary to have a cut every two seconds?

Have you cleaned the lens lately? A haze on the glass will give that effect, which is essentially an exaggeration of the flare you get from shooting into direct light.

Here's the thing, you really don't have enough camera control to accurately pan a subject from a drone. Beyond that, the rather wide angle of the lens is fighting you here too as you will need a longer exposure to get visible blur, and yet those longer exposures add to the likelihood that the...
