    Yes I'm sure it's properly plugged in to the P4. Out of the box I Pressed the button before removing it from the P4 and no light. Did several times of re seating the battery in the P4 and still no light after leaving it charging for about an hour. Thanks. Sent from my iPad using PhantomPilots

    Just got mine and out of the box the battery is dead. Totally no light when pressing the button. Charger is working because it's working on the RC. Left it for an hour on the charger and it's still dead. Will return this unit back to Best Buy. Is this is a common issue? Very disappointing...
