I use an iPad 2 with cellular and have never had an issue. Just use phone for hot spot if I need internet access at the moment.

My bird gave me the same warning yesterday in 40 degree weather. I did what was suggested. Hovered for a minute or two to let the natural warming of the battery. I had no issue.

Go to a big open area to fly first few times. Stay away from power lines and set your return to home high like 150 feet.

I think you have yourself the questions. 1: How much do you want t spend? 2: What you doing with your drone? Race, photography, mapping? 3: Do you plan on traveling with your Drone?

Try logging out of the DJI go app. Then reconnect. I know I have to do this regularly.

60. I have a Phantom 3 Pro and a Parrot Disco fixed wing drone. I love flying my disco more than the phantom. Phantom still wins out in the picture category though.

I have flown my Parrot Disco 6 times now and I really enjoy the fixed wing. It is so much more fun because it is constantly moving. I use the P3P for precise photos and the Disco for Longview landscapes. I love it.

I believe my Apple Watch cause some issues but I am not sure. When I move it away the issue goes away.

60 years old here and I enjoy flying my Phantom 3 Pro and a Parrot Disco.
