How to adjust gimble - points to right on startup and double tap.

That is giving me calculated lengths of 13 ft. for 10 foot intervals. There must be something else going on? Are we re-inventing the wheel ?

Actual file size is 4856 x 3640 ... might make a difference ...

I tried another image, at a different altitude, and got 16 ft instead of 10 ft. Looks like the problem might be accurate altitude data.

Is there another sensor measuring altitude (other than GPS)? If I want pretty accurate altitude data for a given still photo, what to do?

I cant get this to work. I laid out 10 foot chalk markers on a parking lot. Did a test flight above it. Then plugged the numbers for this image into the formula: h=123 ft p = 600 pixels scale = .00036 L = 26.8 ft when it should be around 10 ft. what am I doing wrong?

I really, really need a zoom lens for stills, but lack the big bucks for commercial DJI rigs. Is it possible to replace the stock pro gimbal and camera with the X3 gimbal and camera from an OSMO+ and make it respond in a reasonable manner to DJI GO or litchee, etc? Anyone done it?

The issue with Litchi is that I an not practiced in FLYING WITH LITCHI although I am quite comfortable with DJI GO. They may be similar, but I bet they are not the same. Everything is fine until something goes wrong, and then you better be familiar with your flight software ...
