Don't forget that YouTube recompresses uploaded video and also creates copies at various resolutions. I have not seen a YouTube video at any resolution higher than 1080P (1920 x 1080)

That looks pretty basic. It may survive an over voltage input, it depends on how much headroom there is in the components. One question comes to mind, the remote controller is infrared and requires line of sight to operate. Infrared and sunlight don't play together.

The gimbal should be holding the camera horizontal, in which case the horizon line in the video would be horizontal. Your videos have a horizon line sloping down to the left.
