I had the same problem, had to send it to DJI for repair

I sent my drone in for repair. It appeared to me that the one they sent back was not mine for a few reasons. When I checked the sd card it had video from Canada on it. I have never flown the drone in Canada. Still trying to figure out how this happened

Need help.....brought my Phantom 3 standard to Orlando for spring break. Flying with no issues back in MI. Once I get about 200 feet out and approximately 100 feet up in the air the RC signal is lost and the unit returns to the home. The only upgrade I have done since I arrived in Orlando...
