From your log it seems like a lot of 6 satellites or below. I think you learned a good lesson to always make sure you at least have 10 satellites or more. Luckily the damage was not bad. I had a similar crash early on flying for a realitor in a place with tress and building blocking satellites...

Any one with experience with this? I have a friend that will be in Copenhagen and he is wondering if you are allowed to fly drones there? Is it legal in Copenhagen and or in Denmark in general? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated google was less than helpful. Thanks, Aaron

I earn money doing stock photography and fine art shows. I wanted to sell phantom work to realtors....the Inshurance for the work I do is minimal compared drone work.

This is the point to this: it is ILLEGAL to sell drone photography commercially unless you have an exemption, pilots license, and commerciall Inshurance. I think you missed the point of most of thr posts.

This is exactly the distinction I was talking about. I have a million dollar umbrella policy but it is personal liability only. Professional Insurance is totally different.

I am very sorry I did not see that this only related to hobbyist who captured news worthy content. I thought it related to ALL hobbyist content that then could be sold later. Sorry if I mislead anyone with this.

Where is this quoted from? All the pro photographers I work with have a very different understanding of the law for commercial sale. Some of them are heavily invested in the commercial drone market.

My stock agent is in the process of getting a 333 Federal Exemption and advised me that 5K was required to fly safely commercially. Currently commercial liability is much greater than hobbyist liability. You are personally responsible as well as your company from what I understand. This summer...
