I don't want to be annoying posting in the wrong place but I thought I'd share my new video
Some of my footage was unusable because my horizon was so off! Is there a way to manually level it out?
pharm that sounds risky! Clever to circle the field to give you extra time. What distance was it? Do you know where I can find more info in this litchy thing? I'm guessing it's software to tell the phantom where to go?
That is crazy I imagine being so stressed out if that happened to me!
How did it start landing on its own? Because of low battery?
I had to use the arrow on the map today as I couldn't see it in the sky and could only see gray fog most of the time I was flying!!
I went out this morning to try and film the sunrise, it didn't go to plan as it was too foggy!
My phone battery died while I was still in the air :confounded: luckily I was directly overhead so I could land without using the DJI app.
Has anyone else had any something like this happen to you...
I took my phantom 3 standard out on the weekend, but could only fly 500m away before I got an alert saying maximum distance reached? Is there a way around this? I tried to enter a higher maximum distance but the app wouldn't let me. I've seen loads of people fly over 500m away!
Anyway, here's a...
That makes sense, thanks for the info! it would be good if the gps could use location to know how high Im actually flying rather the difference from the take off point
Thanks

Hi everyone!
Here's a new video I made
Also, I flew my drone for the first time at 400ft high, the U.K. Law says that's the maximum height I'm allowed to go, but if I took off from a higher hill does that mean I'm allowed to go higher?
