Flown mine close to an FM transmitter with another digital TV transmitter a further 2 miles away with no problems. All respect to Jacob but.. your wrong. There will be no problems in the 2.4Ghz and 5.7Ghz range. Also the amount of misinformed crap in general posted on the forums is surprising.

Would like to see some support for GLONASS in addition to GPS, I know my smart phone will look for the additional sats when GPS accuracy falls below a certain threshold. Hopefully the receiver can support the additional frequency range.

I personally feel the GPS location theories don't cover the majority of these fly-aways, wouldn't you see 'Returning Home' on screen? I think the phantom is loosing the control signal due to interfrence and then responding incorrectly to rouge commands, if it is bad enough S1 commands won't...

I already had a bad S2 switch I replaced myself, S1 seems to be behaving itself in the RC Assistant.

A quick update, opened the phantom up, all ESC's look fine. I had lifted the wires up when I had open last to see what ESC's i had gotten in the DJI parts bin lottery. S1 & S2 were in the up position, S1 is definitely set to Failsafe and not manual as that's what i switched to to get it back...
