    lipo battery question.

    I don't use these batteries, so I don't know just how they work. It sounds to me like they need to be balanced. I believe it takes a balancer in line with the charger in order to work. I would think someone with more knowledge than I could chime in here

    Flight limit

    You can set you altitude at whatever you want. Go to the limits in the assistant. When you set your altitude higher than 400 ft. A box will appear with a warning and disclaimer. At the bottom is a check box next to the word agree. Check it and you are good to go.

    I have my altitude set at 600 ft. And it will fly that high. My distance is set at 6000 ft.

    Store them with a 40 to 50% charge in a cool place. I store mine in a zip lock bag in the frig. I have 4 batteries over a year old and still going.

    Special Notes: a) Update DJI Smart Flight Battery firmware to v2.6 through Phantom Assistant v3.6. b) The new battery firmware v2.6.0.0 does not support battery with loader of v1.3.0.0 or firmware of v1.6.0.0. The older batteries cannot be updated.

    iPad Ground Station App...

    The Ipad ground station app does not work with the P2V+. Ground station for Ipad or Iphone is found within the DJi vision app. This app is not an app made for the ipad, but is made for the Iphone, and can be found under Iphone apps. It will install on your Ipad.

    No it doesn't. The 2409 is directional. The flat surface needs to be pointed at the quad during flight. The 2408 puts out a signal in all directions with the weakest coming out of the tip end of the antenna in the direction it is pointing.
