I had received several errors similar to yours on my P4 Pro plus and it turned out that the battery was going bad it was swollen and had to be replaced.

You can remove the caps on top of the batteries so buy a white and just swap the top from your existing P4 obsidian

If you had obsidian batteries you should have saved them and the top part is replaceable and you could just put them on any P4 Pro battery
