Rstekeur, no prior experience. Took the course over a one week period then kept going over the pre tests. Passed with an 85%. All issues I struggle with Jason has now updated the videos in the course so I'm sure it would be no issues now. Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots

I bought my p4 from Apple online store. It came with a DOA battery. No lights came on. I returned to DJI and they replaced the battery. I was very happy with the costumer service I received. Sent from my iPhone using PhantomPilots

Battery that came with my p4 was DOA. Would not charge or power on. I called Apple and they wanted everything returned. I called DJI and got the exact same message apd3984 got. I took pictures and a short video and explained how the battery was not damaged or crashed because it never worked...
