Is that really a V2? My V2 controller has a built-in screen, not just a holder for a smart phone?

Is there anything special I should do to charge and begin using new batteries that has been inactive for over a year? I have a Venom Pro (400W, 4-ports) Phantom Battery Charger that can "condition" batteries. Will that be adequate to begin using these batteries to fly? Thanks for the replies.
