I am not sure what reformatting the SD card has to do with updating via the Go app. This customer service rep is not up-to-date. Additionally, telling customers they must use a PC is not an acceptable answer. When is a iPad Mini 4 not acceptable to use with the P4?

iPad Pro works fine with latest firmware upgrades to P4 and RC.

So I am wondering if my iPad will connect now. Maybe there is some issue moving between devices, iOS --> Android and back?

This was never an option for me. Only after attempting a refresh on DJI Assistant app on my Mac did it become available. It's raining here, no wind.

If I could get the app to work, I would certainly try. I thought this entire process worked from the GO app.

Any advice on how to get DJI Assistant on a Mac to work? Tried on two Macs, MacBook Pro and new iMac. Neither will do anything except show opening screen when launched. Driver was installed.

I am a new P4 user and just relaying what DJI is telling users who are reporting this issue that I am having and I never have read where any Phantom user say it's a prevalent issue until now. Thanks.

Users with this issue are being told by DJI to return their units for service.

Yes, it did. The horizon was crooked and yawing would make it even worse and then it would level off to the default crooked position. I have a video that shows it but not uploaded.
