If you have a prop that does not fully tighten, that would most likely be your problem. Get a new set of props and I would bet you will not get the overload message anymore

Mine is the same and has been since new. Calibration did not fix it and since it is so minor, I am not bothering with it as my videos and operation are fine.

I would expect you either have an issues with the remote or bird on the control channel or you have a very noisy area on the 5.8 GHz spectrum as your 2.4 Ghz WIFI is fine. In that position, do you still have Line of Sight?

I hear you, I did not want to ship my remote off for a month for a simple fix. I also was concerned that they would just receive mine and then ship me out a "repaired" one that may have come in for something that may or may not have been resolved.
