Here is my newest video on the 2312. It is complete, pretty much that is.

I will work on it. I wanted to get the disassembly video up. I found the bearings have to be removed by the arbor press as well. Atleast that motor did.

I took this one apart to show everybody who has been asking how to do it. Never used prop guards. Extra motor, also I do it normally to change bearings to ceramic. I fly a lot, do search and rescue and need quality bearing not nmb.

Has anyone used the KDE2315XF965 motors to replace the DJI2312 motors in a Phantom 2 or 3? Everything I can find on KDE motors makes them sound like extremely good motors, but not sure how they will work on a Phantom 2. Everything on their website sounds awesome, but just wondering.
