It is a single speed. However you can use the RC and press up on the right stick to go faster and down to go slower.

I have been fully unsuccessful at replicating, even by matching your hardware setup. Have you tried the latest version on the app store instead of the testflight version?

If we make the transition then yes it would work with all iOS devices that we currently support.
