I'd go over all the laws and such, make sure you wernt in violation of anything. If you were in the right, then I'd call the cops and go over there WITH a cop. OR...if you dont want confrontation, fix the camera (I'd get a used camera online that is good for parts only), then try flying again...

Having a couple houses in town, I will love it when this app is on my device. The only warning I have, as a victim of a surprise battery depletion, is to put a tracking device on that bird JUST IN CASE.
