After many hours, I found the problem. when you click on create video and it opens, in the Destination Video Info, I unmarked the 4 "auto" boxes and changed the width to 1920 and height to 1080 and left everything else the same...

    I took the test August 29th and have received my temporary license a few days ago. I video houses and land. As a real estate broker I have to be legal. The test was harder than I thought and I only had 2 weeks to get ready. No license needed if for non-profit.
