Got my cable in. The yaw motor and arm are still a few weeks out

Update : I have ordered all my parts - it’s gonna take a month to get the yaw motor But when it gets here I’m going to make a video of the repair. New yaw motor- yaw arm - ribbon cable. Wish me luck. Thanks for all you guys’ help

Thanks for the reply! The thing that was making me think the cable needed two ends was the 4K camera like on the pro- My drone is still functioning right now although the gimbal is unstable at the yaw- was going to go ahead and tear it down to find out- bad part is- my replacement yaw motor...

It goes back to that position

Can you send me a picture of the phantom 3 se gimbal ribbon cable. I’m trying to find one and all the pictures I see are different cables

No worries. It’s what I have been running into all day. Hopefully someone here will have the answer. Wish I never would have bought the SE Always these issues when looking for stuff

A better question may be - does the SE , pro and adv use the same ribbon cable ?

That’s what’s scaring me is the difference in appearance of those two cables above. I’m sure the SE has two larger connectors (like the top picture). But I’m not sure

Do you mean use the magnet from my shaft or use the shaft that’s currently in my yaw motor ?

Also I have to find a ribbon cable now. That’s proving to be tough
