that video is actually almost a year old.. I'm not sure how they went about acquiring rights to republish it as their own today.. but it wasn't "DJI' who did this flight..
*edit* found the original..

It does and should.. there are different liability amounts of course.. I am covered similarly with renters insurance (for liability and loss/damage).. it's no different than say, if you are on a balcony and you accidentally drop a DSLR camera out of your hands on onto people below.. you're covered.
Things like this have nothing to do with the app (ilovecoffee's mods) or otherwise. The app simply uploads missions to the phantom (waypoints, etc), and the phantom does the rest. The app has nothing to do with the phantom while the mission is in progress.
With that said, I've never had this...
I've done nearly 500 flights with an average of around 12 minutes each (more or less) since mid April 2014 (when the P2V+ was released).. which i'd say is easily representing 100 hours of continuous flight. I don't see, feel, nor hear any signs of bearing wear. They still perform like they did...
Re: What the heck happened here?
it simply looks like you switched into manual mode, pressed forward, and did a flip (which is normal).. then had the phantom do what it does in manual mode -- which is terrifying if you are not quick on the sticks.. and then you regained control in GPS mode...
I would send that screenshot to [email protected] -- I would guess you need to update your .NET library on that pc. I didn't have to update anything and I use it on a Windows7 ultimate laptop -- or try another pc if you can.
Sigh. there are 5,280 feet in a mile... everyone's math so far is horribly in outer-space.
The live programmer is software.. it's a zip file.. http://www.flytrex.com/static/downloads ... rammer.zip
you download it, and unzip it.. it has an exe and a dll file.. you double click on the exe file...
Re: Another one bites the dust -UPDATE- found it!! - Page 5
Chuck, it's just so weird that I was having huge anxiety yesterday about losing mine.. I had no idea that you and Frank had lost your phantoms.. that really sucks.. I hadn't caught up in the forums at all..
Based now on what we know...
there is a mission uploader utility application that runs on your pc.. you run it, connect your flytrex via a usb cable to the pc, search for the com port (it's like com22 or similar).. choose it.. then click connect.. and wait for it to finish.
Also, on an autopilot flight it is easy to get...
Re: UNOFFICIAL Vision App for Android (Distance, Speed, etc)
really eh.. perhaps I've just done a waypoint near home all my missions because I assumed otherwise. If true, I stand corrected.
