UPDATE: Vodafone has supposedly shut down their 2g network here in Australia. However, my little V16 seems to be kicking along quite fine tracking away with the Reachfar app with no issues :) Quite happy with it upto date and don't plan on upgrading unless I really need to Cheers Jake

Vodafone will close their 2g network in Australia March 2018. I believe it was supposed to be September 2017. No complaints for me, my RFv16 still works & hopefully will continue to work past March 2018 too :D Cheers

Still using my RFv16 here. Seems to be working good enough for me for the time being. The trackimo is good yes but a bit pricey. If you can afford it go for it. Cheers

Thanks for the answer to this. I've got a 4000mAh portable battery with a USB output DC5V 1A MAX. So i should be alright yeah? The 4000mAH should be enough to charge roughly about once over with some power left to spare. Jake
