I would double check your ribbon cables going from the ESC to the main controller (the board that’s suspended over the 3in1 board via rubber dampeners). When you power it up do the motors on both sides initiate properly (do the beep?)

Check for a good connection internally. Pull the gimbal off and look at the front of the drone, the compass’s connect to the power distribution board and the connectors are just barley accessible after you remove the main controller (4 rubber standoffs and 3 ribbon connectors under black tape).
