I have had this problem as well a fellow pilot showed me a little trick. You grab the lens cap as if you are unscrewing it but let it slide between your thumb and fingers causing friction just keep doing this it will slowly heat up allowing it to turn. Good luck

I would have to say it’s on the shelf as a reminder. That’s what I have done is I have a shelf in my Drone room in plain sight with two crashes and a few that are just toys that don’t work anymore. There’s a story behind them all the pain goes away after a year or when you buy that new one...

I am using an iPad mini 4 I have not had any problems with this device I use it on DJI go for my 3 standard it is flying fine I have shut the go 4 app down and rebooted unfortunately it is so windy not a good time to test
