Thanks, that helped immensely... I was trying to degauss the wrong thing... I thought the black thing was the compass on the p2 and not the little white thing that says compass on it ... Doh! Thanks again

How exactly would one go about doing this Demagnetize process on a phantom 2? I am getting fast flashing red leds after doing the vertical rotation part of the calibration.

Thanks for the information... if I end up getting an fpv setup to add on, i will roll it back again to v2. I went back to 3.2 for now and taped the connector to the back of the gimbal so it doesnt rattle. Thanks again!

That is all fabulous information and worked flawlessly to get the camera to stay on when plugged in. Now that I read the whole message though, I think the original way I was doing it is almost the same end result as I don't have an FPV system. What I was doing before was turning the camera...

Here’s the skinny... I bought a used (barely used) Phantom 2 zenmuse h4-3d edition and i wanted to use my hero 3+ On it. I know the 3 is lighter than the 4 but i can add weight no problem... here is my trouble. I have it all mounted and i can record video while flying as long as i dont plug...

So... i thought i had done all of that but just to be sure i went through step by step and now its working. I have no idea which step i had failed but atleast its working now. Thanks a bunch for your help!!!

I'm having the exact same problem but I haven't gotten it fixed by retrying it. If you have any tips about what got it working, please share. Confirm left switch is on HL and Right is on GPS? Or is Right supposed to be on Atti?
