The firmware was bad/corrupt which kept the remote from controlling the bird. The only way I was able to upgrade the firmware was when I replaced the camera.

How do format the card in the app?

It currently has no SD card in. There was one installed but when removed The app is now showing "No SD Card" . If you mean the 3 bars in the bottom right of the app, yes am able to change these settings

No..... nothing from the remote at all Yes all telemetry data works on the app. HEIGHT, SPEED, GIMBLE POSTION, RC CALIBERATION ETC

I mean the link light just flashes red

When I try this procedure It will mot connect, red light continuously flashes and RC unit continues to beep

I also notice I am not seeing the image on my phone from the camera

Yep no response when I do this

HI Green lights are on I have no response at all when pulling levers down. It's as if it is not linked correctly. Is there a way I can hard reset the whole unit back to factory
