RangerOne, How did you upgrade I did mine using the Go App the first time out of the box. I noticed the bin file sizes have big differences between 1.3.20 and 1.4.10. My assumption is the Go App did not step me to 1.3.20 then to 1.4.10 which made some components not be available. looking at...

Okay, I called support and said it is an issue with IOS 9.02 so I tried a Android (Samsung S2) and it still does not work. I also upgraded to 2.4 app and 1.4.30 controller I am taking it back to Best Buy
