Hi So just started really exploring Assistant 2. With MacBook Pro 2018 and MacOS 10.13.6 and Asst v2.0.2 I do see dat files in a folder on the desk top which can be viewed in Asst 2. I do see the SD card in the AC so can obtain pictures and videos. But… First asks if OK that DJI accept...

DJI say they will not look at the logs unless I send the AC in. Not gonna do that at this point.

Hi In another thread I asked why the icon does nothing? No answer from dji. But... When watching various dji howto videos searching for answer I do not see this icon so... Does this icon exist anymore save on my p4p+ screen?

contacted dji online support; person was nice but no clue, said the icon is new but of course it is not, was there when drone arrived some months ago; so he referred to a "dedicated" team to answer within 24 hours

I guess the P4P+ is an android device at heart. Could it be that I deleted an android app?

Ok I suppose "dumb" query but thinking to download maps tap on folded fan icon on the RC screen and nothing happens, just hear a click what am I doing wrong? long ago tapping there used to lead me to location choices thanks
