If it seems too good to be true it probably is, just by looking at the website I personally wouldn't. You have to weigh up if it's worth risking it to save some money as you may find yourself either losing your money or receiving a terrible customer experience. Just my opinion though

I'm not too sure but I guess you could try formatting the sd card when it's in the drone through the GO app if you haven't already. - Ellis

Yes the video feed panels are very directional, I have installed the Argtek antenna mod and I now have the capability of using a 5.8 Ghz panel antenna that is very directional. Worth looking into if you want to add a bit more range. Edit: Also I guess they use omni directional for ease of use...
