Just got P3S from DJI repair facility in LA. They replaced axis pitch component. Can't get the Wi-Fi to work. Whats the deal?

What are the little black squares just to the center of the craft from where the motor wires are connected? Are they repairable or individually replaceable or do you have to replace entire main circuit board?

Had light crash of new p3s. Took off shell to find scorch marks on underside of top shell just above where motor is soldered on. Just to the middle of where motor is soldered there are 5 little black square things. one of those appears to have burned, now there are 4. Is this repairable, or does...
