I use my phone inside of the VR headset, and it does give you FPV. You have to use Litchi it has a VR option. No need for the HDMI out. My goggles cost $20 at Walmart and Litchi was $25 on the App Store. $45 and I'm flying..... Sent from my iPad using PhantomPilots

I agree. In my experience the charger is just a x-former and they produce the output regardless of the load. If it's a 100 watt charger it puts out 100 watts and what the battery won't take gets turned into heat.... best way to take out a x-former is overload or under load. We always size them...

An equipment failure is an equipment failure.... Even the military looses contact with their uav's... As 107 goes you can let an unlicensed person fly as long as the license holder is present at the ground control. Kinda like when you take you kid hunting you have to be able to take control...
