Thank you. Also saw your reply in conversation. Yes, looks like i missed few good posts from my search. But also those write-ups at github were very explicit in how to use the FTDI board, i.e. requiring 3.3V serial TTL interface. Thanks much.

Hello, I believe i am following the conversations and technical steps outlined in this thread, with one minor confusion, which is around 3.3V versus 5V output from the FTDI board. Most FTDI boards have jumper/switch to have 5V or 3.3V for RX/TX TTL, and separate VCC output for that chosen...

Do i toss away P3P? And I'm left then with Spark and Mavic Air. P3P out of the box. Set it up. Update FW. And it's fried (at gimbal from overheating during FW update). Just looking for some advice from the community about what's possible, since i do see some $$$ for replacement part.
