be sure to force kill the dji app on an iPad when using Litchi to ensure the app does not interfere with Litchi. I was having communication issues between the iPadd and the RC before discovering that little piece of advice on one of the forums.

I was only commenting on the telemetry reception range. My autonomous flights prior to ArgTek upgrade dropped telemetry & video much sooner.

In my case the ArgTek has improved my P3S range from ~1200' (stock) to an occasion last week where I received choppy video and telemetry out to 6300' and solid video out as far as 5000' in a suburban flying environment. I was monitoring a mission flown using Litchi instead of manual control.

I have been testing a Argtek WIFI Extender, about which many have reported significant range gain using it. When I installed the antenna on the P3S controller. My range decreased from 1200' max to 700-900' with the mod. Changing to the paddle antenna from the omnis delivered with the new Argtek...

Well, it appears that my iPadd Bluetooth was interfering with the Argtek signal. After switching off my iPad bluetooth, my range went to 1800'

I also am having range problems with the Argtek range extender. Before the upgrade, my P3S lost video and telemetry at about 1200 feet, after the upgrade 800-900 feet. I checked continuity of the antenna wires and connections by checking continuity between the left and right antenna leads...

so am I damaging the camera by doing my "training" at my desk?

just ordered my P3 Standard. Expecting delivery on Friday. Any recommendations on how to get proficient before crashing my drone? :)
